When you visit our website or mobile applications and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take that trust and your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our Privacy Policy. We aim to explain to you what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. 1. The information we collect.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the sites or apps, when you express an interest in obtaining information about our products or services, when participating in activities on the sites or apps or any other form in which you contact us. Generally, we collect personal information like your name, address, contact information, passwords, security data, and payment information.
The amount and level of personal information that we collect from you depends on the interactions that you have with our sites or apps the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include but is not limited to the following:

Name and contact data: We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data required to communicate with you.
Credentials: We collect usernames, encrypted passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account creation and access.

Payment data: All payments to DonTruck, Inc. Are processed via a third party processing platform. We may change our provider at any time without having to notify you of the change.

By using DonTruck’s platform and services you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms outlines in the mentioned legal documents and agreements which may be modified from time to time without notice. You hereby authorize DonTruck to obtain from Stripe all necessary access codes or data and to perform any of the related activities necessary to provide the services agreed upon on this and any other agreements signed between you and DonTruck, Inc.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the sites or apps. This information does not reveal your specific identity (for example your name or contact information), but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URL’s, device name, country location, information about how and when you use our sites or apps and other technical information. This information is primarily required to maintain the security and operation of our sites or apps and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.
Information collected through our sites or apps
When you use our sites or apps we may also collect the following information:

• Geo-location information: We may request access or permission to location-based information from your mobile device, and we may track it either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, in order to be able to provide location-based services.
Note to all our carriers: Geo-location information is one of the key features of DonTruck. If you do not wish to share your geo-location information with us, you will not be allowed to load for our customers and your account may be suspended.
• Mobile device access: We may request access or permission to use certain features from your mobile device including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, microphone, sensors, SMS messages, storage, reminders, contacts, tracking, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so from your device settings, but keep in mind some of our services will not work correctly.
• Push notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or events on our mobile application.
Information collected from other sources
We may obtain information about you from other sources such as public databases, joint marketing partners, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include social media profile information, marketing leads, and search results or links, including paid listings.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information collected by our sites or apps for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on below, next to each purpose listed.
We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us through a third-party account such as Google, Facebook or LinkedIn, we use the information you allowed us to collect data from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon processes.
• To send your marketing and promotional communications. We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time (see “Your Privacy Rights” below).

By using our maps API implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s terms of service, and you agree to allow us to obtain or cache your location. You may revoke your consent at any time. We use information about location in conjunction with data from other data providers.

6. How long do we store your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than one year past the termination of your users account.

7. How do you protect the information?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the Internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will take reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our sites or apps is at your [JB19] own risk. 8. We DO NOT collect information from minors

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our sites or apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or Guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor’s independent use of the sites or apps. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. You may review, change or terminate your account at any time.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms of use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided on our sites or apps. You will then be removed from the email marketing list, however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may access your account settings and update your preferences at any time.

10. Do-not-track features

Most web browsers, and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications, include a do-not-track or “DNT” feature or setting, that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored or collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing or implementing the DNT signals has been finalized, and as such, we don’t currently respond to DNT browser signals, or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

11. California residents privacy rights

California Civil Code section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third-parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all third-parties with which we shared personal information in the immediate receding calendar year.
